This is Johan Norberg, our Head of Training. He has been in the aviation industry for many years, working as a pilot, training captain, flight instructor and Senior Flight Examiner. Johan has flown commercially for serveras airlines in the Maldives, Croatia and Scandinavia before joining us.He also has a Bsc in electrical and computer engineering and has extensive knowledge in electricity and sustainable technology.In addition to Johan’s outstanding expertise in regulations, training quality and technology, he is passionate about the soft values of the pilot profession and believes in the attitudes and personal qualities that a pilot in multi-pilot operation must have today.
If you apply to us, you will probably meet Johan at our final interview in the admission process. He will, among other things, assess your motivation for the profession and your attitude towards the job. 🧑🏻‍✈️
